Terms of Use
Last updated: 8 September 2026
A request starts a conversation. It does not start an attack or a payment.
1. Website operator and contact
Drill Me is operated by Nuanu Inc. For privacy, website or service enquiries, contact support@nuanu.ai.
Jalan Pantai Nyanyi, Beraban, Kediri Tabanan, 82121, Bali, Indonesia. These terms cover use of the Drill Me landing page and submission of enquiries. You must be at least 18 and able to act for yourself or the business you represent. A separately agreed service contract governs any paid engagement.
2. Requests and the free offer
The website accepts enquiries and free analysis requests; it does not automatically run security tests. The free offer is a review of publicly accessible information with an email response, subject to our review and availability. Submitting a URL does not authorize active exploitation, traffic stress or access to private systems.
We may ask for clarification or decline a request where authority, feasibility or safety is unclear. Estimates on the landing page are indicative, not a guaranteed delivery time.
3. Paid services, pricing and cancellation
Prices shown in dollars are USD. A button or form submission is an enquiry, not a checkout, charge, subscription activation or binding acceptance of a paid engagement. We will confirm the service, scope, total price, any applicable taxes, schedule and payment terms before you commit.
For recurring services, billing frequency, renewal and cancellation will be agreed before activation. Cancellation and refund terms for paid work will be provided in the service agreement before payment. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that apply to you.
4. Authorized testing only
You may submit only systems you own or are authorized to discuss. Before active testing, the parties must agree in writing on the authorized assets, methods, time window, limits, emergency contact and stop conditions. Third-party infrastructure requires the relevant permissions. Social engineering or other sensitive methods require separate, explicit scope approval.
Do not use Drill Me to target unrelated parties, obtain credentials or private data unlawfully, disrupt services without permission, or evade applicable safeguards. A marketing description does not grant permission to test any target.
5. Findings and limitations
Security assessments cover an agreed scope at a particular time. They may miss vulnerabilities and do not certify that a product is secure, guarantee prevention of incidents, or replace your own security programme. You remain responsible for backups, changes and operational decisions. Any deliverables and responsibilities for an engagement are defined in its agreement.
6. Submitted material and website use
Provide accurate contact details and only information you have the right to share. Keep secrets and unnecessary personal data out of the enquiry form. You retain rights in your submitted material and permit us to use it to evaluate and respond to the request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not interfere with the website, misuse forms or infringe others’ rights. Website content and branding belong to their respective rights holders. You may link to and share the landing page; use of reports or other deliverables is governed by the relevant service agreement.
7. Responsibility and resolving issues
We aim to keep website information accurate and available, but it can change or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that general website content will suit every use. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Contact support@nuanu.ai about an issue so we can try to resolve it. Applicable mandatory law remains in force; any jurisdiction and dispute terms for paid work will be set out in the service agreement. Updates to these website terms will show a revised date and do not retroactively change an existing service contract.
